Ingredients

1 7-10 lb pre-cooked spiral 1/2 ham
1-1/4 c light brown sugar
1/3 c pineapple juice
1/3 c orange juice
1/3 c honey
2 Tbsp orange zest
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp ground cloves

I tried different glazes, but this is one of my favorites. Add a little dijon mustard for a kick, and yummy!!

 

Directions

bake ham as directed. Place saucepan over med-high heat. Stir remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.

When ham has only 30 minutes left to cook, start basting ham w/ glaze, every 10 min.
