Ingredients

2 Tbsp
anise seed
2 Tbsp
fennel seed
2 Tbsp
ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp
whole cloves
2 Tbsp
whole peppercorns

Step-By-Step

1In a spice grinder or with a mortar and pestle, combine all the ingredients; grind until mixture becomes a powder. Makes about 1/2 cup. Enjoy!
