hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp
apricot preserves
1 1/2 tsp
finely chopped fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsp
peanut oil
1 1/2 tsp
oyster sauce
1 1/2 tsp
soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp
dry sherry
1 tsp
chili with garlic
1/4 tsp
5-spice powder
1 clove
garlic, minced

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix in a saucepan until melted. Brush on chicken or pork to barbecue.
