All Purpose Marinade

I got part of this recipe from a gentleman that loves to cook as much as I do. I tweeked it some to make it a little healthier.

pinch tips: How to Melt and Soften Butter

1/2 bottle
dale's marinade
1 Tbsp
adolf's meat tenderizer
1 large
juice from 1 lemon and zest from 1 lemon (can use a lime)
1/4 c
pineapple or apple juice

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients together and add to a Ziploc bag. Then place your meat inside. Turn it over every time you open the refrigerator. It will bw ready the next day.
You can add a little hot pepper(chopped chilies) if you want some pop.
