Rhubarb Pineapple Strawberry Jelly

- granulated white sugar
- 5 c
- rhubarb ( cut up small pieces ) fresh or frozen if you use frozen let it thaw a little before putting it in drain it off.
- 1 small can(s)
- crushed pineapple (drained very well )
- 1 small box
- strawberry jello (dry)
1first cook rhubarb and sugar together for 20 min's or until Rhubarb is tender on Med High . stir until done let it boil a little. Take off burner . then add small can of Crushed pineapple drained. pour into mix. then add Small box of Strawberry Jello Dry Powder. Stir together. Let Cool a few min's . Then put in jars. this makes great Jelly and also great On Ice Cream. You can Freeze it but it does not get hard like other jelly. Enjoy ! I have made this Lots Of times. Its Great..........
