This recipe came from the Kerr canning pamphlet.
- ripe plums
- jelly bag or a sieve
- canning jars
- canning caps and rings
Bring the juice to a boil , Add 3/4 cup of sugar for each cup of juice and boil rapidly to jelly stage. Pour into sterilized jars and fill to 1/2" of top .put on cap and band , screw tightly and water bath for 5 minutes. :-D
