Dr. Pepper Jelly
- 3 1/2 c
- 2 1/4 c
- dr pepper ( or drink of choice )
- 1/4 c
- lemon juice
- 3 oz
- liquid pectin
- a few drops of red food color (optional)
Place over high heat* and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Pour quickly into hot sterilized pint size jars and seal. Refrigerate.
