My favorite thing to eat is tomatoes, so when I heard about this recipe at a picnic I had to have it. The first time I made it we weren't sure what to put it on. Finally one day I made bisquits and mashed potatoes so they could choose which they liked the best. I think it won out on the bisquits and it is alwo good on toast., and eggs too. Enjoy !!
Saute onions & bay leaf in olive oil until carmelyzed. Then add chicken stock and stir real good, next add tomatoes and stir real good again until it reaches a boil. Then add cream and stir until desired thickness.
