1/4 c
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 1/2 c
water
1 c
raisins
1/2 tsp
lemon peel, fnely shredded
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
cider vinegar

In saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch.

Gradually stir in water, then raisins, lemon peel, lemon juice and vinegar.
