This is a nice sauce that can be served with ham, pork, or poultry.

Ingredients

1/4 c
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 1/2 c
water
1 c
raisins
1/2 tsp
lemon peel, fnely shredded
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
cider vinegar

Step-By-Step

1In saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
2Gradually stir in water, then raisins, lemon peel, lemon juice and vinegar.
3Cook, stirring, until thickened and bubbly.
