about 1 cup (16 Tablespoons)
dried thyme (or favorite herb), crushed
salt and pepper (to taste)
In a saucepan over medium heat cook: egg whites, soy sauce, wine and spices. Cook until the egg whites become lumpy. Cool.
Pour into a blender, add the Splenda and sour cream. Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
Heat on stove or in microwave. Stir before serving.
