Gravy isn't as hard to make as many folks think it is. Here is an easy way to master gravy. Follow to a "T" and you have got er made.

Ingredients

2 - 4
slices of bacon cut into small pieces
1/3 C
flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp
sgr
3 C
milk

Step-By-Step

1Fry bacon pieces over medium heat until crisp.
Stir in Flour until grease is absorbed.
season with salt and pepper & sgr.
2Slowly whisk in milk to mixture, Stirring until this reaches a boil in skillet.
Boil about 5 min, or until thick.
3Serve over Biscuits, Toast, or Potatoes.
