This recipe orginated by the Oregon Fruit Products Co and was featured on the Food Network. It is a delicate sauce that pairs beautifully with pork or chicken. Perfect for an easy entree.
Drain syrup off the cherries directly into a small saucepan, reserving the cherries for later.
Add all ingredients, except cherries, to the syrup, stirring over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Add cherries and heat through and serve over meat of your choice.
