- (10oz each) frozen raspberries in light syrup, thawed

1In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and water;cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and cool. Pour into a 1 gallon jar. Add brandy and stir well. Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator at least 2 weeks. Shake jar gently once daily.
2Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer lined with 2 layers of cheesecloth into jars, discarding raspberries. Cover tightly Store at room temp.
