Lemon-Butter-Parsley Sauce

I got this recipe years ago at a Weight Watchers meeting. I've used it lots and lots when I want a lower-calorie, great-tasting sauce. Good on Shrimp, Pasta, Chicken, Pork chops, Potatoes, Rice, Vegetables, lots of things!

This recipe makes 2 servings;
half the recipe = only 1 WW point.

Ingredients

1/2 c
water
1 tsp
chicken broth powder or bouillon
2 Tbsp
weight watchers reduced calorie margarine
*OR* 2 Tbsp
any reduced calorie buttery spread
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
*OR* 1 Tbsp
dried parsley flakes

Step-By-Step

1Gently heat water, chicken broth powder, margarine and lemon juice until melted and well blended. Stir in parsley flakes. Serve immediately.
