1Food Grinder Method: Put fresh cranberries and orange quarters through food grinder. Add sugar. Mix well and chill for several hours before serving
2Blender Method: Cut each orange quarter in half. Place 1/2 cup cranberries and 1/8th orange in blender container. Process on high until evenly chopped. Transfer the mixtue to a bowl. Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange sections. Add sugar and mix well.
3Makes 3-1/2 cups. Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer.
