- fresh or frozen cranberries
- unpeeled orange, cut up
- 1 c
- 1 Tbsp
- crystallized ginger
- nuts, very finely chopped, if desired.
1Cut oranges into 1-inch pieces.
2Place cranberries and orange pieces in food processor with steel blade.
3Cover and process with short on-and-off motions about 15 seconds or until evenly chopped.
4Place mixture in bowl; stir in sugar and ginger. Add nuts, if desired.
5Cover and refrigerate at lease 24 hours, but no longer than 1 week
