grated rind from one medium orange
Cover apricots with water in a heavy stainless steel or enamel saucepan and simmer uncovered about 20 minutes or until tender.Drain, then chop.
Return chopped apricots to saucepan and combine with orange juice,orange rind,lemon juice and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook until mixture is thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in nuts.
Fill and cap containers according to manufacturer's instructions and process in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
