|1/4 lb||blue cheese (chopped fine)|
|1/2||onion, chopped very fine|
|2 clove||garlic (orgarlic powder)|
|1 dash(es)||worcestershire sauce|
|1/2 c||white wine vinegar to taste|
|1 Tbsp||chopped parsley|
|salt & pepper to taste|
|1 oz||lemon juice|

This recipe was given to me years ago by one of my husband's clients, it comes the closest to the one my father used to make, the best roquefort dressing ever, of any other I've ever had.
Blend everything together with a mixer or french whip, putting the mayo in last.
