Penny's Story

This recipe was given to me years ago by one of my husband's clients, it comes the closest to the one my father used to make, the best roquefort dressing ever, of any other I've ever had.


1/4 lb
blue cheese (chopped fine)
onion, chopped very fine
2 clove
garlic (orgarlic powder)
1 dash(es)
1 dash(es)
worcestershire sauce
1 qt
1/2 c
white wine vinegar to taste
1 Tbsp
chopped parsley
salt & pepper to taste
1 oz
lemon juice

Directions Step-By-Step

Blend everything together with a mixer or french whip, putting the mayo in last.
