Red Chile Mustard Vinagrette

Got this recipe from Bobby Flay. Have not tried it yet but it sounded good.

Ingredients

1/4 c
red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard, heaping
1 Tbsp
ancho chile powder
2 tsp
honey
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c
canola oil

Step-By-Step

1Whisk together all ingredients except oil in a small bowl.

2Slowly whisk in the oil until emulsified. This can be made up to one day ahead and refrigerated. Whisk again before using.
