Mimi's Mustard Sauce for Ham

I love this sauce with baked ham. Also good with summer sausage and other appetizers. Quick to make, too.

Ingredients

1 c
half-and-half
1/4 c
sugar
3 Tbsp
dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp
salt
3 large
egg yolks, beaten
1/4 c
apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp
flour

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all dry ingredients well until no lumps. Mix all wet ingredients and combine with dry ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Use warm or cold. Good used warm drizzled over spinach salad with boiled eggs, tomato, onion and bacon.
