This is a Greek sauce that is great for grilled or baked chicken or fish (especially salmon). It is simple to make, and is usually served with the meal so that everyone can put as much ladolemono on their fish or chicken as they want.
parts extra virgin olive oil
part fresh strained lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
optional: mixed herbs and garlic
1whisk together oil and lemon juice, add salt and pepper and herbs and or garlic (optional). Pour over salad dressing, fish, or chicken.
