Honey Mustard Salad Dressing and Dip

I love honey mustard dressing but everywhere you go it's different. Some are good others aren't. A few years ago I got this recipe from a dear friend's mother. It's the perfect blend.

Ingredients

1/2 c
milk
2 c
mayonaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 c
honey
3 Tbsp
lemon juice
3 Tbsp
yellow mustard
1/2 tsp
curry powder
1/2 tsp
groung ginger
1/4 tsp
ground cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Blend all ingredients well. Refrigerate 24 hrs before using. This yields 3 cups and keeps well when refrigerated. I like to use it to dip chicken fingers as well as on salad.
