- DRESSING:

1/4 cmayonnaise, fat-free

1/4 cyogurt, low-fat, plain

1 Tbspchives, dried

1 Tbspparsley

2 tsplemon juice

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspsalt & pepper
- SALAD:
-
4 slicebacon, center cut or turkey

1 lgiceberg lettuce
-
1/4 cblue cheese, crumbled
-
1/4 cpecans, in pieces, toasted
How To Make hg green goddess wedge salad

1Place all dressing ingredients in a small blender or food processor; blend until smooth.

2Cook bacon until crispy.

3Cut lettuce head into quarters, leaving you with 4 wedges. Remove the core portion of each wedge & any limp exterior leaves.

4Chop or crumble bacon. Plate lettuce wedges & top with dressing, blue cheese, pecans & bacon. Dig in!
