Bunyan's Bleu Cheese Dressing

I've been making this stuff for years and I'll put it up against any store bought Bleu Cheese Dressing out there

Ingredients

2 c
good quality mayonnaise (or make a batch of bunyannaise, the recipe is here on jap)
2 c
sour cream
1/2 lb
crumbled bleu cheese
1/4 c
freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 clove
finely minced garlic
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
sea salt
1 tsp
freshly ground black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Dump all the ingredients into your food processor

Process until you get the consistency you want

Pour the dressing into a Mason jar and screw the lid on tight

Stick it in the fridge for 24 hours to let the flavors meld

If you want you can add more crumbled bleu cheese and stir it in to add more texture and flavor

NOTE: If you want to lower the calories use low fat cottage cheese instead of sour cream and low fat mayo, in the same measurements
