1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
3tb buttermilk(can use whole milk)
3tb sour cream
2t white wine vinegar
1/4t sugar(can use dash of splenda)
1/8t garlic powder
salt and pepper
1mash cheese and milk in small bowl with fork till it resembles small curd cottage cheese.
2stir in remaining ingredients. taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
3cover and store in fridge for up to 2 weeks
