This is a wonderful recipe, very easy, and tastes better than any store bought dressing I have ever tried. Just two steps and a few ingredients. I have tried other recipes but none of them tasted as good as this one. The garlic has to be adjusted to your taste though, it gets a stronger garlic flavor after just one night in the fridge.
Combine sour cream, buttermilk, and lemon juice in a pint size jar by shaking until smooth & creamy.
Add remaining ingredients and gently shake to combine.
Store in refrigerator and gently shake before using. Warning: to those who do not like a strong garlic taste, be care with how much fresh garlic you use as this dressing gets a very strong garlic flavor after just one night in the refrigerator( I found this out the hard way). You may want to use garlic powder.
