Balsamic Vinegrette

This is my all time favorite salad dressing. I serve it on a bed of romaine lettuce with shaved parmesan cheese and big crunchy croutons

2 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 tsp
brown sugar, light
garlic clove, pressed
1/2 tsp
kosher salt
1/4 tsp
freshly ground pepper
3/4 c
olive oil, extra virgin

Directions Step-By-Step

Whisk together all ingredients except the olive oil. Stream in the olive oil, whisking as you go. Mix until the olive oil is incorporated and dressing thickens. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving
