Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Garlic and Bacon

- bacon, fried, drained, and crumbled
- 2 clove
- garlic, minced
- 8 oz
- cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 c
- half and half
- 4 oz
- blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp
- chopped fresh chives
1Put garlic in hot bacon grease and cook for about 1 minute. Remove.
2Preheat oven to 350.
3Put cream cheese and half and half in a medium bowl and beat until blended. Stir in bacon, garlic, blue cheese, and chives.
4Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
