Yet another recipe given to me by a friend after I had it at their house.

Ingredients

1 large
onion, chopped finely
2 Tbsp
vinegar
1 Tbsp
sugar
1 tsp
salt and pepper
2 tsp
paprika
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 can(s)
6 or 8 oz diced tomatoes (spiced ones would be good)
1 small
can green chilies
2 lb
loaf of velveeta

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients (EXCEPT the Velveeta) in a medium size sauce pan. Simmer for 1-1/2 hours;
2Melt cheese in microwave (if on stove slowly on low) and mix with ingredients that you've had simmering.
3This an be kept warm in a warming pot or crock pot; if gets too thick you can thin it with beer.
4Can be served with corn chips or lil smokies.
