Spinach Artichoke Dip

I found this receipe a few years ago on line. I added real bacon bits to recipe to add a little more flavor. But its also good without any meat.

Ingredients

1 c
mayonnaise
1 c
grated parmesan cheese
1 can(s)
14 oz. artichoke hearts
1 box
frozen chopped spinach
1/4 c
shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 c
bacon bits

Step-By-Step

1drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts
thaw and squeeze the spinach
2Mix mayonaise parmesan cheese stir in artichoke and spinach. Add the bacon bits to mixture
3Spoon mixture into 1 quart casserole dish sprinkle the surface with the monterey jack cheese.
4Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Serve with crackers crusty bread
