Some Like It Sweet Hot Mustard Dip

Excellent mustard dip that can be used on ham, sandwiches, pretzels, and etc. This is the dip that I use to go with the Pretzel Pups recipe.

This dip will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.

Ingredients

4 oz
dry mustard
1 c
white vinegar
1 c
sugar
3 large
eggs, beaten
1/2 c
honey

Step-By-Step

1Blend together mustard and vinegar and let it set out in a covered container over night.
2Next day, blend sugar and eggs until smooth. Then add the vinegar and mustard mixture, blend on low until smooth.
3Cook over low to medium high heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a rolling boil.
4Remove from heat, whisk in honey and let cool.
5Put in containers and refrigerate.
