Sausage Cheese Dip
We often have this dip on those nights when you just "snack a round" and of course football nights. If you want a little hotness to your dip, use the hot variety of sausage.

- 1 lb
- bulk pork sausage
- 16 oz
- salsa, mild
- 8 oz
- cream cheese
- tortilla chips
1In a medium saucepan,on medium heat, cook the pork sausage until brown and crumbled. Drain the grease thouroughly.
2Transfer to a small slow cooker set to the warm setting.
3Add the salsa and the cream cheese to the sausage and heat until well blended and hot.
The cheese dip is ready when it is thouroughly heated. Serve with tortilla chips.
