PICO DE GALLO (MEXICAN DIP)

I love Mexican foods. This is a great Mexican dip that I came up with a few years ago.
You can make it as hot as you want it, by adding more Jalapeno.
It's great to put over Mexican foods.

Ingredients

2 lb
plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 c
onion, chopped
1/2 c
fresh cilantro, chopped
3 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
3 or 4 Tbsp
jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 to 2 medium
garlic clove(s), minced
1/4 tsp
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Mix well, all ingredients in a medium bowl.

2Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
Serve with tortilla or corn chips. Also great as a salsa.
