I love Mexican foods. This is a great Mexican dip that I came up with a few years ago. You can make it as hot as you want it, by adding more Jalapeno. It's great to put over Mexican foods.

Ingredients For pico de gallo (mexican dip)

2 lbplum tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1 conion, chopped

1/2 cfresh cilantro, chopped

3 Tbspfresh lime juice

3 or 4 Tbspjalapeno, seeded and chopped

1 to 2 mdgarlic clove(s), minced

1/4 tspsalt and pepper
How To Make pico de gallo (mexican dip)

1Mix well, all ingredients in a medium bowl.

2Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla or corn chips. Also great as a salsa.
