This recipe came from one of my fellow teachers, Connie S., who served this at her home in early 2010. Everyone raved over it. Connie shared the recipe and we were all amazed that it was (1) so easy to make and (2) it was made with Cream of Mushroom soup, which most of the folks there claimed to dislike. Surprise! =^..^=
bag of sliced pepperoni (mini pepperoni slices save time)
block of cream cheese
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (cream of chicken soup can also be used)
1Cut pepperoni rounds into quarters, or just use the slices of mini pepperoni. Put into a microwave-safe dish.
4Microwave for 1 minute, then stir the ingredients together. Continue microwaving and stirring at 1 minute intervals until the dip is bubbly.
