That's great Bea, if you want to also, you can just omit the buffalo sauce technique all together and just use a dry rub the wings and bake them that way too. I use a mixture of 1 tablespoon each:
Granulated garlic
Salt
Onion powder
Paprika
Ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon tumeric
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Blend all of these together and it innyour spice cabinet.
When your ready to use it for wings, rinse and pat them dry, then liberally apply the rub to them and bake at 400 egress for 45-50 minutes, enjoy! :) p.s. Can be used on meats, fish for grilling or baking too!

Thanks, Eddie. I'll most likely cut back a tad on the hot sauce and add a tad bit more of garlic powder. These sound fantastic!!!!

Hi Bea, I'm glad you like the recipe! If you find that they are too spicy or hot for you, just use less of the sauce and a little more water and that should help. The wings should be nice and crispy when they come out of the oven too, thanks again! :)
