chicken wings cut in two
italian dressing mix
1 1/2 qt
hot sauce( i use frank's brand,if you can find it,any kind will do.)
salt and pepper
1Rinse and pat dry the wings, place in a large bowl and season with the spices, coat them well. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Arrange the wings two inches apart and bake for 45-50 minutes.
2While the wings are baking, using a large non-stick pot or skillet, bring the roux to a simmer, add 1/2 the packet of Italian dressing mix,the hot sauce and when it begins to get really thick, thin it with the water.
3Transfer the wings to a large mixing bowl when done, pour the sauce over the wings and toss and serve hot! Choose your favorite blue cheese dip or ranch dressing, serve with celery stix, and enjoy the game!! :)
