Mexican Kitchen Sauce

There is a Mexican resturant in my town and they have a sauce/salsa that everyone trys to copy. This is the best one I've found. Eat it with chips or pour over tacos, enchiladas, anything you want to have a kick.

rotel tomatoes
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes
1/4 c
pickled jalapeno juice
1/4 c
pickled jalapeno
1 tsp
ground cumin
1 tsp
minced garlic
1/4 c
vegetable oil
1 tsp
pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Put all of the above in a blender. Puree til smooth. Enjoy.
