Ingredients

1 bunch
cilantro, fresh
1 medium
hot chili pepper of choice, i use jalapeno a lot
1 clove
garlic
1 Tbsp
fresh chopped ginger root
3
fresh limes, juice only
1/3 c
olive oil
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cumin

Step-By-Step

1Wash cilantro very gently under running cold water.
2Chop cilantro, hot pepper, garlic and ginger root very fine. I usually use my food processor.
3Combine fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt and cumin in a small bowl.
4Pour over cilantro mixture and mix well. Chill and serve as a dip or with or on any of your favorite Mexican dishes.
