This is so easy and delicious recipe! You can alter any ingredients to make your own. I know the guys in my house love this dish, and so do I!!!! Can't go wrong with taters!!!!

Ingredients

DIP FOR FRIES

1 lb
bacon (cooked & crumbled)
16 oz
sour cream
2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 c
fresh chives (sliced)
2 tsp
hot sauce

Step-By-Step

1Cook bacon crispy, drain on paper towels, and crumble.

2Stir together bacon and next 4 ingredients

3Cover and chill 1 to 24 hours before serving.

4Garnish, if desired.

5Serve with crispy, warm fries.

6Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 7 days.
