You control the heat with the degree of heat in the salsa, Rotel tomatoes and amount of jalapeno pepper you add. Corn and black beans add color and depth to the dip.

rotel tomatoes, spicy as you like
1 can(s)
mexican corn, drained
1 can(s)
black beans, rinsed and drained
1 small
red or vidalia onion, diced
1-2
jalapeno peppers fresh, sliced
1/2 c
fresh cilantro, chopped
few sprig(s)
cilantro, fresh for garnish

Mix all ingredients together and chill.

Garnish with cilantro sprigs and serve with tortilla chips.
