This is a great dip with tortilla chips or crackers, I prefer tortilla chips!

Ingredients

artichoke hearts, canned
16 oz
spinach, frozen, thawed, drained
1/2 c
cream cheese, low-fat
1/2 c
mayonnaise, light
2 c
colby jack cheese, low fat
1 pkg
knorr vegetable soup mix

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven to 350 degrees
2drain & chop artichoke hearts,add drained spinach mix in all other ingredients except 1/2 cup of colby jack cheese
3spray loaf pan with oil, add mixture, then top with remaining 1/2 cup colby jack cheese and bake for 35 minutes serve hot or is great cold the next day
