- 1 1/2 c
- greek yogurt or plain yogurt
- 1/3 c
- fineley minced fresh mint leaves
- 1 Tbsp
- 1 tsp
- lime zest
- limes (just the juice)
1Using a wire whisk, beat together well all ingredients. Place in refrigerator for two hours to chill and allow flavors to blend.
2*** You can add additional mint if you want a stronger mint flavor.
***Put in a pretty bowl on center of a platter. Garnish with mint leaves. Surround with pita bread wedges that you just grilled, or with pita crackers of your choice.
