Ingredients For garlic herb dip

3 headsgarlic

olive oil, extra virgin

1/2 cmayonnaise or plain yogurt

1/2 csour cream or plain yogurt

1 tsplemon zest, grated
-
1 tsplemon juice, fresh

1 tspsage, dried

1 tspparsley
-
1 tspsalt
How To Make garlic herb dip

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Halve the 3 heads of garlic crosswise. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil & roast for 40 minutes.

3In a large bowl, squeeze out the pulp of garlic; mix with mayo, sour cream, zest, juice, sage, parsley & salt; mix well.

4NOTE: When substituting with plain yogurt, only sub either the mayo or sour cream but not both. You still want a little flavor.
