Ingredients

1 pkg
artichoke hearts, frozen
1/4 tsp
herbs, italian
1 dash(es)
balsamic vinegar
1 tsp
olive oil
1
onion, finely chopped
1/3 c
herbs, italian
1 pkg
mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c
parmesan cheese, fat-free
2 tsp
mayonnaise, fat-free
2 tsp
sour cream, fat-free
1 dash(es)
worcestershire sauce

Step-By-Step

1Marinate artichoke hearts with italian herbs, olive oil and some balsamic vinegar.
2Leave out the olive oil to be ultra low-fat.
3Stir artichoke hearts and add the rest of ingredients.
4Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes in a casserole dish.
