Cucumber Dill Dip

This is a cool and refreshing snack. I made it a lot in the summer. When guest would come by to swim in our pool it was nice to have on hand for a little afternoon treat.

Ingredients

2 - 8 oz
bricks of cream cheese, softened
2 tsp
lemon juice
2 tsp
minced onion
1/2 tsp
dill weed
1/2 tsp
horseradish
1 dash(es)
tobasco sauce
3/4 c
finely minced and seeded cucumber

Directions Step-By-Step

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add lemon juice, onion, dill weed, horseradish and tobasco. Fold in cucumbers. Chill. Serve with triscuits, crackers or vegetables.
