Ciao Bella Crab Dip

This recipe was made for me at a going away party when I moved from one department to another. I added the lemon juice which is a perfect pairing for seafood. I would say I went away richer with this recipe!

I like the fact that imitation crab meat is used. It makes the recipe wallet friendly!

Making a day ahead marries the flavors together better too.

Ingredients

imitation crabmeat
16 oz
cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp
horseradish
3 Tbsp
cocktail sauce

lemon, juiced

squirts of ketchup
1 pkg
keebler club crackers or any kind of buttery crackers

In a food processor finely chop crab meat. Combine with cream cheese, horseradish, cocktail sauce, lemon juice, and ketchup. Blend well and refrigerate.

Serve with crackers.
