Ingredients

1 c white wine vinegar
1/2 c soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp garlic, i use the stuff in a jar thats minced
2 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 stick butter
1 large sweet onion

This sauce is sweet, it's tart, it's tangy, it's spicey, and Oh so good on any meat imaginable. I even use it as dip for chicken nuggets.

Get a saucepan, chop onions add all ingrediants mix and bring to a boil than simmer on low heat uncovered for about 4 hours. Stir occasionally.
