Ingredients For cheesy crab & artichoke dip

  • 14 oz can
    artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 lb
    crabmeat, fresh lump or imitation
  • 2 Tbsp
    chives, dried
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream, fat-free
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise, fat-free or miracle whip
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese, fat-free
  • 3/4 c
    cheddar cheese, fat-free, shredded
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    tabasco (or more to taste)
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice

How To Make cheesy crab & artichoke dip

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

    Drain the artichokes & finely chop. Finely chop the crab. Add them to a medium bowl & add remaining ingredients. Mix well using a rubber spatula, then transfer into a shallow baking dish.
