Ingredients For cheesy crab & artichoke dip

14 oz canartichoke hearts, drained

1 lbcrabmeat, fresh lump or imitation

2 Tbspchives, dried
-
1/2 csour cream, fat-free

1/4 cmayonnaise, fat-free or miracle whip

1/3 cparmesan cheese, fat-free

3/4 ccheddar cheese, fat-free, shredded
-
1 1/2 tsptabasco (or more to taste)

2 tsplemon juice
How To Make cheesy crab & artichoke dip

1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2Drain the artichokes & finely chop. Finely chop the crab. Add them to a medium bowl & add remaining ingredients. Mix well using a rubber spatula, then transfer into a shallow baking dish.
