Bunyan's Diabetic Crab Dip

This one is so good I'll make sandwiches out of it! This is another one that I put together just playing around in the kitchen. Thank you Chef Kim Kramer for teaching me the flavor dynamic techniques so well in Culinary School! I miss you Kiminator!

Ingredients

2 can(s)
crab meat drained & flaked
1 pt
sour cream
1/2 c
mayonnaise or bunyannaise ( recipe here on j.a.p. )
2 Tbsp
chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp
grated onion
2 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients in a bowl
2Stir thoroughly to combine
3Chill for at least 4 hours before serving
