Wendy's Notes:

Someone told me once that they were making buffalo chicken dip. I had never heard of it before, so I asked for the recipe, I tried it, and didn't care for it. But got to thinking it could be so good...so I set forth to make the ultimate buffalo chicken dip! This is the outcome! Hope you like it too!

Directions

1
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non stick spray.
2
In a bowl, toss chicken with hot sauce and set aside.
3
Mix mayo, cream cheese, 1 1/2 c cheddar, onions, lemon and 1/3 cup of blue cheese together in casserole dish.
4
Stir chicken into cheese mixture and top with remaining cheddar and blue cheese.
5
Bake 20-25 minutes, until bubbly.
Serve warm with celery sticks and favorite cracker.
6
*hot sauce - I prefer really mild, I only use a tablespoon if even...and it's still really good!

Yes, I've tried Buffalo Chicken dip very similar to this one! I brought it to a Super Bowl party and it was gone so quickly! Good stuff!
