Baked Taco Dip
|1 lb||ground beef|
|1 pkg||taco seasoning mix|
|1 c||favorite picante sauce|
|1/2 c||chopped green onion|
|2 c||grated cheddar cheese|
|serve with favorite tortilla chips|
|can top dip with fresh tomatoes, black olives or sour cream|

DirectionsBrown ground beef, drain off fat. Add 1 pkg. of taco seasoning mix and 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 15 minutes until water cooks off.Put seasoned ground beef into a casserole dish and spoon at least a cup of picante sauce over the beef. Top the picante sauce with the chopped green onions. Then top with the grated cheddar cheese.Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.Serve baked taco dip with favorite tortilla chips. Chopped fresh tomatoes, black olives and sour cream make great toppings for dip.
