Ingredients
| 1 lb | ground beef |
| 1 pkg | taco seasoning mix |
| 1 c | favorite picante sauce |
| 1/2 c | chopped green onion |
| 2 c | grated cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 c | waterr |
| serve with favorite tortilla chips | |
| can top dip with fresh tomatoes, black olives or sour cream |

Directions
Brown ground beef, drain off fat. Add 1 pkg. of taco seasoning mix and 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 15 minutes until water cooks off.Put seasoned ground beef into a casserole dish and spoon at least a cup of picante sauce over the beef. Top the picante sauce with the chopped green onions. Then top with the grated cheddar cheese.Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.Serve baked taco dip with favorite tortilla chips. Chopped fresh tomatoes, black olives and sour cream make great toppings for dip.
